How do I get a subscription on chevron-down (1)

Go to the Pricing page and select the subscription that suits you best. Then confirm your order by filling in the form. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a phone call from our Sitee team and an e-mail confirming the activation of your subscription.

You can also book a demo with a Sitee expert. They will advise you on which subscription package is most suitable for you and then give you a quote. By accepting this offer, you activate your subscription.

How do I stop my subscription? chevron-down (1)

The initial duration of your subscription is 12 months. Your contract is automatically renewed for the same duration as originally agreed. If you wish to terminate your subscription, you must inform us in writing at least three months before the end date of your contract.

How can I add additional users? chevron-down (1)

If you want to add new users to your Sitee account who are not included in your current subscription, you can send us a request for this. Contact our team using our contact form or at +32 2 555 29 02 during regular office hours. A Sitee employee will adjust your contract. Then you can add new colleagues using the “Settings/Staff” buttons. An additional user costs 20 euros per month and does not change the start date of your contract.

Can I increase the number of users at any time? chevron-down (1)

Yes, you can add new users to your subscription at any time. Simply contact our Sitee team and we will make the required change to your contract. If additional users are added during the term of a contract, the original contract date does not change.

I don’t see an option to pay by credit card. What do I do now? chevron-down (1)

Our online payment provider does not allow payments via credit card above 3,000 euros. This is to prevent possible fraud, chargebacks and withdrawals. Therefore, you will see that we remove the credit card option for payments over 3,000 euros. You can then still make your payment using the other payment options. You can also call us on 02 555 29 02 or send an email to and be contacted by a Sitee expert to discuss the best payment option for you.

My account

How do I log into my account? chevron-down (1)

Immediately after confirming your order for a Sitee subscription, you will receive an e-mail asking you to activate your account. In this e-mail you will find a personal link with which you can create your account. You can do this using your e-mail address or your Facebook, Google, or Microsoft account.

How can I remove a user? chevron-down (1)

This can be done in two ways. You can change the status of a staff member to inactive. In that case, you can add another staff member, even though you have reached the maximum permitted by your contract. The inactive staff member will be greyed out and will no longer have access to his or her account.
You can also remove a staff member. They will then be permanently deleted and will no longer be able to access their account. Your staff list will also be updated and will no longer contain the deleted staff member.
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, a user may only be removed at the end of the contract period.

My Invoice

When and how do I receive my invoice? chevron-down (1)

You will receive your invoices by e-mail, either monthly or annually. Make it easy on yourself and choose direct debit, so there is no risk of you forgetting it!

How can I change my billing details (address, VAT number, etc.)? chevron-down (1)

It is not yet possible to change your details yourself on the platform. Contact our team using our contact form or at +32 2 555 29 02 during regular office hours.
